Dreams Chocolate & Cheese

We’re tucked away in Bismi Heights at Tc 4/1030 (5). That’s in the Kowdiar area of Thiruvananthapuram. Our shop is right there in the building, and Dreams Chocolate & Cheese has been at 695003 for a bit now. We decided to focus on chocolate and cheese because, well, they are things people like. It’s a bit of a specific niche, but it keeps us busy. The shop isn't very big. We have shelves for the cheese and some displays for the chocolates. We spend a lot of time checking the temperatures because both things can be a bit finicky if it gets too warm. Thiruvananthapuram can be pretty hot, so we have to stay on top of the cooling. It’s mostly just us here. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. We just open the shop, arrange the stock, and talk to the people who come in. Some customers are looking for something specific, while others just want to try something new. We try to keep a good variety on hand. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes and keeping everything clean. We like being in Kowdiar. It’s a nice part of town and the people are friendly. We’re just a small local shop trying to offer something a little different than the usual grocery store stuff. It’s honest work and we enjoy seeing the regulars who stop by to see what’s new.
