LUDIYA BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED

Kripa Bhavan is where we run Ludiya Builders and Developers Private Limited. It’s located in Kunnapuzha, which is under the Aramada P.O. in Thiruvananthapuram. It's not a corporate glass building or anything like that. It’s more of a regular place where we can sit down and figure out the day's tasks. Thiruvananthapuram is a busy city, but our spot is a bit more tucked away. We started this because we knew how to build, and we just kept going. There are a few of us here who have been working together for years. We don't use big words or try to impress people with fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people just talking to their neighbors. We deal with the usual stuff like permits and finding good materials. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on things. Sometimes the rain slows us down, but that’s just how it is in Kerala. We have our office set up so we can get through the paperwork without too much fuss.
