We are Liwo Design And Build Private Limited, and you can find us at T.C 15/1903-1. Our office is down in the cellar floor of Gitanjali Chambers, which sits on Ganapathy Kovil Road in Vazhuthacaud. Being in Thiruvananthapuram means there is always something going on nearby. The cellar floor stays a bit cooler than the street level, which is nice during the summer months in Kerala. We spend our time working on designs and figuring out how to build things properly for our clients. It is a busy office with plenty of drawings and notes spread out on the desks. Sometimes the traffic on Ganapathy Kovil Road makes it hard to find parking, but we have managed to make this place our home base. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of people; we are a small team that likes to focus on the details of every project we take on. It’s a lot of back and forth with suppliers and site workers. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to actually get some drawing done. We chose this spot because it is central and easy for people to reach once they know where Gitanjali Chambers is located. The pin code is 695014 for anyone sending us mail.
