It’s a quiet part of Kattakada in Thiruvananthapuram. Since we are an "OPC," it’s a bit more of a one-person show compared to the bigger companies, but we still handle our fair share of work. The town of Kattakada has a nice feel to it, and being near the church makes the office easy to point out to people who haven't visited before. We work on building projects and developing land when the opportunities come up. It isn't always easy, especially with all the regulations and the rain we get in Kerala, but we manage. The office isn't very large, just enough space for the essentials. We spend a lot of time out and about, so the desk often sits empty while we are at a site. We don't go in for any of that corporate talk you see on the internet. We just do the work, file the papers, and try to make sure everything stands up straight.
