LE-NOVUS HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED

Our company is LE-NOVUS HOMES. We are based out of Khadeeja Manzil in the Chamavila area of Iythiyoor. It’s part of Balaramapuram PO here in Thiruvananthapuram. The office is at House No 57/17, care of Akbar Hussain. It’s a local spot and we’ve been here for a while now. We mostly focus on residential buildings and helping people get their houses finished. Being in Balaramapuram, we are a bit away from the main city rush, which is nice. We have a small group of people working here. It’s not a fancy setup, just a few desks and a lot of files. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and workers. Sometimes things go slow because of the rains or because a delivery is late, but that’s just how it is in this business. We don’t use any corporate jargon or big promises. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and try to do it. It’s a very practical way of working. Most of our neighbors know us by name. We like being part of the community here in Iythiyoor. It’s a decent place to work and the people are friendly.
