Kudachadri Infrastructure (Opc) Private Limited has its office on the second floor of the Kannammoola Building. It’s right on Kolloor Road, which is pretty close to the Medical College area in Thiruvananthapuram. Being in the city means things move a bit faster, but we try to keep our feet on the ground. This is an One Person Company, so it’s a very hands-on operation. There’s no huge board of directors or anything like that. Just us working on infrastructure projects around the city. Handling the logistical stuff that comes with building in a crowded place like Thiruvananthapuram takes up most of our time. It gets busy on Kolloor Road, but our office is a good spot to sit down and figure out the day’s plans. We deal with all sorts of infrastructure needs. Sometimes it’s small repairs, sometimes it’s bigger things. Fancy sales pitches aren't really what we do. People usually find us because they need someone who knows the local regulations and the layout of the city. We’ve been in this building for a bit now. It’s a practical space, nothing too flashy. Most of our day is spent out where the work is actually happening. We just want to do a solid job and move on to the next one. It’s tough work, especially in the heat, but it’s what we do. We're glad to be part of the city's growth and we stay busy.
