Koios Projects Llp is based out of a quiet spot in Jagathy, Thiruvananthapuram. Our address is Jra 45, Tc 44/1044(1), which is basically a residential area that has a few offices tucked away. It’s a lot calmer here than being right in the middle of the city center, which we actually like for our daily routine. We spend most of our time going over project details and talking to our crews out in the field. The office is just a simple setup where we keep our records and meet with people occasionally. Kerala weather is always a factor for our work, so we spend a lot of time checking the rain clouds during the monsoon season to see if we can work. Our team is small, and we all know each other well. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. There is a nice tree right outside that gives us some good shade in the afternoons when it gets hot. Sometimes we have our lunch together at the big table in the back room and just talk about whatever. It’s not a corporate environment at all, just a place where we get our engineering and project work done without much fuss. If you are walking through Jagathy, you might miss us if you aren't looking for the house number on the gate. We’ve been at this location for some time now and it works for us.
