Koilakuntla Constructions Private Limited

I started this place at 159/1 Kotaravila in Cheriakonni because I wanted to build stuff in Thiruvananthapuram. It isn't always easy. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on cement bags. We sit here in our office in Kerala and try to get things sorted for the people who hire us. Sometimes the rain slows everything down, but that is just how it is around here. We handle different construction jobs, mostly the usual things like walls and roofs. It’s a lot of manual work and making sure the trucks arrive on time. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks and a lot of paper. People come by to talk about their projects, and we sit down with some tea and try to figure out what they need. It is mostly just about getting the job done without too much fuss. Construction is a messy business, honestly. There is dust everywhere and you’re always tired by the end of the day. But we like staying busy. Being based in Thiruvananthapuram means we know the local guys and where to get the right supplies. It is a small team here. We know each other's families and we have been working together for quite a while now. Nothing fancy, just hard work every day. We don't mind the long hours as long as the work is steady and the bills get paid.
