Our base is located at T C 31/676(2), in the Pournami building. We are in S N Nagar, which is right in the Pettah area. It’s a convenient spot because we’re close to the heart of things. We work on various development projects as a private limited company. It’s a small operation, just a few of us handling all the details from this office. The space at SNRA-118C is practical and simple. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big reception area. It’s mostly just desks, files, and a lot of coffee. Pettah is a busy neighborhood, so there’s always something happening outside our door. We like the energy of the place. Most of our work involves managing land and construction projects nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and checking on permits. It’s not always smooth sailing, and there are often little hurdles to jump over. We don't try to act like a big city firm. We’re just local developers who know the area well. People often stop by to ask about their projects or to see what land might be available. We just talk it through in plain English. No big presentations or sales pitches. We just focus on getting the work done right. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we enjoy the process of seeing a project through. It’s been a good journey so far.
