Our place is at TC 11/2152 (8) in Kannamoola. If you know the Thiruvananthapuram area, we are tucked away in a spot that stays pretty busy with local traffic. We started this development company because we wanted to work on projects right here in our own city. Most days, we are either in the office looking at land titles or out in the field checking on how the construction is progressing. It is a lot of back-and-forth, especially with the way the roads can get around here. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find one of us surrounded by a bunch of maps and folders. We take on various development tasks, trying to make the most of the space available in the 695024 area. It’s not always easy work; there is a lot of red tape and sometimes the weather just doesn't cooperate with our schedules. But we’ve lived here a long time, so we are used to how things go in Kerala. We don't make big promises or use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things and manage properties. It’s practical work that requires a lot of patience. If a project takes a bit longer because of a monsoon, we just tell the truth about it. People seem to appreciate that honest approach rather than some polished corporate line.
