It’s a quiet lane in Trivandrum, which is good for us because we can focus on our work without too much noise. We have been working in Thiruvananthapuram for a good while now. We handle various types of project work and construction management. Our team is small and consists of people who have lived in this area for years. We aren't a big, cold corporation. We are just a group of people trying to get things built correctly. Most of our work comes from locals who have heard about us from their friends or family. We don't spend money on big ads or billboards. Usually, the office is busy with people coming in to talk about their house plans or some site issue we need to solve. We try to be honest about how long things take and what they will cost. Construction can be messy and unpredictable, but we do our best to stay on top of things. Being based in Sasthamangalam is convenient for getting to sites all over the city. We enjoy the work and the people we meet.
