Jaladhi Constructions Private Limited

Saji runs things here from the house in Vattappara. It's house number XIII/573, a place called Punarthamvettinadu. We aren't a big firm with a glass office in the middle of Trivandrum; instead, we work right out of the home base. Usually, you’ll find us sitting around the wooden table planning out the next week's schedule with a cup of tea. Doing construction work for people in the local community is what keeps us busy. It’s mostly masonry and basic structural stuff. The guys we hire are from around here too, so they know the ground and the local weather well. We’ve been at this for a bit at Jaladhi Constructions Private Limited, and while we aren't the fastest group, we make sure the work is done okay the first time. Sometimes we run out of materials because the trucks get stuck in traffic, but that's just how it is in Kerala. People know us by name, not really by the company title on the paperwork. We take on jobs that we know we can finish without too much trouble or delay. It's messy work, lots of mud and noise, but it's satisfying to see a house go up from nothing. A big marketing budget isn't something we have or need. If you need something built, you just come find Saji at the house. We keep our tools in the back shed and the truck parked out front. It is a quiet life, just building one thing at a time.
