Iskar Green Homes Private Limited is based out of Villa No 16 in the Royal View area. The address is T C 57/2009 (9) Nandanam, located in Punchakkari. It’s a quiet residential spot, which is a bit different from most construction offices. We focus on building homes. It’s a lot of work coordinating with architects and workers. We spend most of our time at the sites rather than sitting in the villa. The office is really just a place to keep the files and have a seat when the weather gets too hot. Punchakkari is a nice area and we like being situated here. It’s not a big corporate building with a lobby. It’s just us working out of a home. We don't have a big marketing team. Most people just hear about us from their neighbors. Building homes can be stressful, with all the delays and the rain we get here. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. We’re just regular people trying to build houses that stay standing for a long time. The view from the villa is decent, but we aren't there much to look at it. There is always a lot to do, from checking the foundation to making sure the roof is right. We've got our hands full most of the time. The Nandanam name is on the gate. It's a straightforward life we lead, just getting the work done one house at a time. It’s not fancy, but it’s our job. We like it this way.
