Help Desk It Solution is located over at 457U in the Cto Colony. We are right in the Pappanamcode area. If you live around here, you know it can get a bit crowded, especially in the evenings. Our office is a simple one. We didn't want anything too flashy because that’s not really who we are. We spend most of our time looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working right. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error. Some days are harder than others, especially when the phones don’t stop ringing. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and some old chairs that have seen better days. It’s a practical space. We don’t really have a big sign out front, just enough for people to find us if they are looking. The locals know where we are if they need something fixed or looked at. We usually keep some snacks in the drawer because the days can get long. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just us, trying to make a living and helping out where we can. The neighborhood is okay, and we’ve made some good friends with the shopkeepers nearby. It’s a quiet life for the most part, even with all the tech stuff we deal with every day.
