Heavenly Stars Designers And Buildersprivate Limited is based at Thottinkara Veedu in the Vettikonam area. We are located near Manikandeswaram, and it’s a nice, quiet place to work from. Even though the name sounds a bit grand, we are actually just a regular team of builders and designers. We spend our time figuring out how to make houses look decent and making sure they are built properly. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between drawing things up and actually getting the materials to the site. Our office is just a simple room with some drafting tables and computers. We don't have a receptionist or any fancy decor. When you call us, you usually talk to one of the people actually doing the work. We try to be helpful and give practical advice about what can be built within a certain budget. Designing houses is interesting because every project is a little bit different. We’ve been at TC 11/1863 for a while now. Most people in Vettikonam know where we are. We aren't trying to become a huge company; we just like doing good work for people in our neighborhood. It’s satisfying to see a house go from a sketch to a real building where people can actually live. We take things one day at a time and try to stay on top of the schedule. Sometimes there are hiccups with deliveries or the weather, but we just keep pushing forward.
