Hayashi Infrastructure Private Limited is located right in Pangodu, just across from the Co-Operative Bank. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re in the area. We’ve been working out of this part of Thiruvananthapuram for some time now. Our focus is on infrastructure, which basically means we deal with the bigger stuff that helps the town run. We aren't the kind of company that has a lot of meetings about "synergy" or "vision." We mostly just have meetings about pipes, roads, and concrete. The office is a practical space where we keep our records and meet with contractors. It’s often a bit noisy with the traffic outside from the bank and the main road, but we don't mind. We prefer being where the action is. Our team is small, and we don't wear suits unless we absolutely have to for some government meeting. Most of the time, it’s just plain shirts and trousers, ready to go out to a site. We don't have a lot of time for polished speeches or fancy websites. We’d rather just show people what we’ve built.
