Havenarch Builders Private Limited is what we call our business. We are located at TC 24/1083 in the Kowdiar area. Our specific spot is SCNRA 217. It’s a well-known neighborhood in the city. We do building work and construction stuff. Our office is a practical space where we keep all our drawings and tools. It’s not a fancy place with leather chairs. It’s more about having a place to work and meet people. We have a small crew of builders who know what they are doing. We don't spend money on big ads or billboards. Most of our work comes from people seeing our projects in the neighborhood. Kowdiar is a good place to be because there is always something being built or fixed. We like the busy atmosphere. Sometimes we have to work late to get a roof finished before the rain starts. That’s just part of the job in Kerala. We don't have a lot of corporate rules. We just work hard and try to get things done right. The office can be a bit noisy with the fans and the traffic outside, but we don't mind. We are just regular people who enjoy building things. We’ve been at this location for some time and we know most of the people on the street. It’s a good, honest way to make a living, and we plan to keep at it. Building stuff is just what we do.
