Our business, G5 Homes Builders and Developers, is based at R S Nivas in the Pulloorkonam area. That is over in Vizhinjam, which is part of Trivandrum. Sathi T is who we are with there at VP VII 1287. It is a local spot near the Vizhinjam P.O. area. We spend most of our time thinking about houses and how to put them together. Trivandrum is growing fast, and there are always new projects popping up, but we like staying connected to this part of town. Working as builders means our boots are usually a bit dusty. We aren't the type to sit in air-conditioned offices all day long. We prefer being out where the actual building is happening. Pulloorkonam is a nice place to be based. The 695521 area has its own pace. We handle the development side of things too, which just means a lot of talking to different people to make sure the land is ready. It is a lot of hard work, but we’ve been at it for a while. We don't have any big corporate speeches to give. We just know how to get a roof over someone's head. Our office at R S Nivas is where we meet and plan out the next week. It's a straightforward operation. We just like building homes for people in our corner of Kerala and seeing the families move in once the work is finally finished.
