Fox Event Management

We’re based in Ambalamukku and go by Fox Event Management. Most of our work involves getting things ready for whatever people are planning. It could be a small gathering or something a bit bigger. The office is just a place where we keep our files and meet people to talk about their plans. Ambalamukku is a good area, pretty central for us to get around. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors or out at different sites making sure things are where they should be. It’s not always glamorous work. A lot of it is just carrying chairs or making sure the lights work. We don't have a big flashy setup. We just use what works. We’ve learned over time that things usually go better when you keep them simple. We aren't a big corporate entity, just a local team that knows how to put things together. Sometimes things get a bit stressful when a deadline is coming up, but we usually manage. We’ve seen all sorts of events over the years. Some are loud and some are quiet. We just try to stay in the background and keep things moving along. It’s just a job at the end of the day, but we like seeing things come together. We’ve been here in Ambalamukku for a bit now and know the local rhythm well. The coffee in the office is usually cold because we're too busy to drink it, and the phone never really stops ringing most afternoons.
