Four Star Caterers And Event is based in Cheriyakonni. We have a big kitchen area where we do all the cooking for the events we handle. It is usually quite a loud place with the fans running and the sound of knives on cutting boards. We’ve been working out of Cheriyakonni for a good many years now. Our team is just a bunch of local people who know how to cook for a crowd. We don't have a fancy storefront or a big office for meetings. Most of the time, we are either in the kitchen or out at a venue setting up tables and chairs. When we aren't cooking, we are usually cleaning up or loading the van with plates and cutlery. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when we have to carry heavy pots around. We don't really use any high-tech gadgets, just old-fashioned recipes and a lot of hard work. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when two events happen on the same day, but we always find a way to make it work. We don't do much advertising; people just know us from the parties we’ve worked at in the past.
