You can find us at Amritha Bhavan in the Vilayilmoola area. Our building has a couple of numbers, Xxii/57 and the old one was V/570. We’ve been working as builders and developers for a good while now. It’s a lot of work involving land and new houses. We spend a lot of time driving between different sites and talking to workers. It’s not an easy life, especially with the heat and the constant need to check on every little detail. We don't use any fancy marketing talk. We’re just local people trying to help other people get their buildings finished. The office is usually pretty busy with people dropping by to ask about plots or how their house is coming along. We have stacks of papers and blueprints everywhere, and there’s usually a pot of tea on the go. We’ve seen many houses go up around Vilayilmoola over the years. We take pride in the fact that we’re still here, doing the same honest work we started with. It’s about getting the walls straight and the roofs tight so families have a place to live. We don't make big promises, we just show up every day and do what needs to be done. It’s a simple business model, but it’s served us and the local community well enough so far. We just keep at it, one brick at a time, until the job is finished.
