We set up Emirone Techno Construction Private Limited a while back. We’re located over at Karthika, in the Kidavathuvila Palachira area of Varkala. It’s a quiet spot in Thiruvananthapuram, but we stay busy with all sorts of building projects around here. Most of us grew up nearby, so we know how the local weather affects materials. We handle technical construction work, mostly things that need a bit more planning than a simple shed. It isn't always easy work, and sometimes things get delayed because of the rain, but we get through it. People usually just drop by the office if they have questions about a project they're thinking of starting. We don’t have a big fancy reception, just some desks and some blueprints lying around.
