Ellisinfra Urban Infrastructural and Building Consultancy LLP is based down in the southern part of the state. We are specifically located at Delsacottage, number 41 in Kottapuram, K Vizhinjam. Trivandrum is a busy place and Vizhinjam is even busier with all the new things happening at the port. We focus on consultancy work for urban projects and regular buildings too. It’s not just about drawing lines on a paper; we have to think about how people actually live in these spaces. Our office is a simple place where we spend most of our hours looking at designs and talking to clients. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or corporate talk. We just tell it like it is. If a plan won't work, we say so. People come to us when they need a bit of guidance on how to start their infrastructure projects. Being near the coast means we have to consider things like the salt air and the wind when we consult on buildings. It’s practical work that requires a lot of looking at the small details. We’ve been in Kottapuram for a bit and we like the community here. Most of our work comes from word of mouth because we just try to be honest and helpful with every person who asks us for advice. It is a slow process sometimes, but it’s important to get it right the first time. We enjoy the challenge.
