Echor Properties India Private Limited has its main spot at 32/610S in the V M Arcade over in Chelvoor. It’s a regular office building, nothing too special to look at, but it works for what we need. Most of the time, the office is just a place to leave our bags while we go out to look at properties. Chelvoor is a growing place, so there’s always something going on with land or buildings. We spend a lot of our time talking to people who are looking to buy or sell, or maybe they just need someone to manage a property for them. It’s a lot of driving around and sitting in traffic, which is just how it is in this part of India. We aren't polished sales people. We just tell folks what we know about a piece of land and let them decide. The VM Arcade can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we usually find ourselves at the local tea stall talking shop with other workers. We handle the paperwork and the legal bits that come with property, which can be a real headache sometimes, but it’s the job. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, and we just take things as they come. There’s no big secret to it; we just show up, do the work, and try to keep everything organized at the office without any complicated systems. It is just a simple way of working.
