We started Disera Projects Private Limited in Azhicode, just a bit away from the main city rush. Our office is at S S Manzil in Masjid Nagar. It's in the Chekkakonam area near Aruvikkara. It’s a quiet spot, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on project details. We’ve been here for some time now. Thiruvananthapuram is where we do most of our work. The team is just local people who know the area well. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a simple office with some chairs and desks where we meet and talk about what needs to happen on the sites. Sometimes the rain makes the road to Aruvikkara a bit slow, but we manage. We handle different kinds of project work. Usually, we are out on site more than we are in the office at S S Manzil. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here. My cousin helps with the paperwork sometimes. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone calls, we pick up and talk. No complicated menus to go through. People in Masjid Nagar know us. We’ve been living and working in this part of Kerala for years. It's a decent place to run a business. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. That’s how we’ve always done it. We keep a big umbrella by the door for the rain.
