Devamananda Constructors Private Limited

We are out in Vettinadu, based at Divya Bhavan. It’s a bit of a drive from the center of Thiruvananthapuram, but we like the quiet of Vattapara. Our official name is Devamananda Constructors Private Limited, though most folks just call us by our names. Our office is 17/203, but we’re rarely sitting there for long. Most of the time, we’re out on a site somewhere, checking on a foundation or talking to a client. We don’t wear suits or have big meetings in boardrooms. We’re usually in boots and old shirts because that’s what the job requires. Construction is hard work and it gets messy. You’re always dealing with some problem, like a truck that won’t start or a supplier who forgot half the order. We just handle it as it comes. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to build things that are solid. People around here know us, and that’s how we keep the lights on. It’s about being reliable and showing up when you say you will. We’ve got a small crew that’s been with us for years, and we trust them. It’s a good feeling to see a project go from a pile of dirt to a real building. We’re just local people doing a job we know how to do, right here in our own community. It is a slow process but we enjoy it.
