Danish Builders And Realtors Private Limited

We are situated over at TC 27/2382(1) on Convent Lane. It’s right off Statue Road, near the General Hospital junction. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of people moving around all day. Danish Builders And Realtors Private Limited has been working out of this area for some time. We do a mix of building and real estate work. Usually, that means we are either on a construction site or helping someone find a piece of land or a house. Being near the hospital means there is always traffic, so we try to get our site visits done early in the morning before the roads get too clogged up. The office is a bit small, but it works for what we need. We have blueprints rolled up in the corners and a few chairs for when people stop by to talk. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. We’d rather be out in the field seeing how the walls are going up or checking the plumbing. It’s a lot of walking and a lot of talking to different workers. Sometimes the paperwork for the realtor side of things gets a bit confusing with all the different rules, but we manage to get through it eventually. We’ve been around Statue Road for a long time and know most of the neighbors. It’s a good spot for a business like ours, even with the noise.
