Our office for CRESCENT CONTRACTING ESTABLISHMENT PRIVATE LIMITED is over in Poojapura, Trivandrum. We are located at the old TC 17/1684 (0) address. This is a residential and commercial part of the city, and we’ve been here for quite some time. Contracting is what we do, which basically means we manage various building and repair jobs. It involves a lot of coordination with workers and making sure we have the right materials on site. We aren't some big, slick company from out of town. We are locals who know how things work in Trivandrum. The office is often a bit messy with blueprints and samples of different materials. That’s just the nature of the business. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our projects around the neighborhood. We show up, we do the work, and we try to be fair with everyone. Some days are stressful when things don't go according to plan, like when the rain stops work, but that’s just part of being a contractor in Kerala. We have a small staff that has been with us for years, so we all know each other well. It’s a steady way of living. We just keep our heads down and focus on finishing one job before we start the next one.
