Coretip Private Limited

Coretip Private Limited is located at Tc 4/1529 (1) in a building called Sobanam. We are in the Devasam Board Ara 45 area, right near the Devasam Board Junction in Kowdiar. This part of Thiruvananthapuram is usually quite busy with people moving around. The office isn't anything too crazy, just a solid place where we get our daily tasks done. It’s got that Kerala feel to it, especially being in Kowdiar. We have been here for a bit and we know the neighbors. The address sounds a bit complicated with all the numbers and the junction name, but once you are at the Devasam Board Junction, it’s not hard to spot. We spend our hours mostly inside, looking at screens and talking through whatever needs fixing or building. There is no corporate vibe here at all. It is more like a group of people working together in a house-turned-office or a small commercial space. We get our lunch from the local shops nearby and keep things moving. The Kerala-695003 area is a good spot for us. It’s a bit residential but still has that commercial energy. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that, just our small team at Sobanam. It’s a quiet enough place to actually get work done without the usual city distractions you find in the middle of town. Most days are just about finishing the work and heading home to our families.
