Our office is set up at H.No.39 in C.S. M Nagaredappazhinji. It’s more of a home-style setup than a big office building. Imtech Marketing Services has been running from here for a good while. We mostly deal with industrial marketing and helping people find the right parts for their setups. It’s quiet in this part of Nagaredappazhinji, which is nice when we’re trying to focus on paperwork or phone calls. There’s a desk in the corner where most of the work gets done, and files are everywhere. We don't have a receptionist or fancy coffee machines. Usually, it's just one or two of us handling everything from the mail to the actual sales. We talk to people all over the place, but our roots are right here in this house. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to say hello while we’re loading up some samples. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get big deliveries, but we make it work. We’ve learned that you don’t need a skyscraper to get things done. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It might not look like much from the outside, but we’re constantly busy with different projects. We just want to make sure the people who reach out to us get what they need without any hassle. That’s how we’ve always operated and it seems to be fine for now. We might expand one day, but for now, this little spot in Nagaredappazhinji is where everything happens.
