CONRAD CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

CONRAD CONSTRUCTIONS LLP is based out of TC 96/299 1 on S.N.R.R.A Road. We are pretty close to the Panayil Devi Temple, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Our work is mainly about construction, which means we spend a lot of our time in the sun and dust. We aren't a huge operation with fancy brochures and sales people. It’s mostly just us and the crew out on the sites making sure everything is moving along. Some days we have to deal with missing supplies or workers who don’t show up, but that’s just part of the job. S.N.R.R.A Road gets quite a bit of traffic, so it’s rarely quiet around here. We handle all sorts of building projects, from small fixes to bigger jobs. We don't use a lot of complicated language when we talk to folks about their houses. We just tell them what needs to happen and how long it’ll take, though the weather sometimes has other ideas. Most of the people who hire us are from around this area and they’ve seen the work we do on other buildings. We keep our office open for anyone who wants to drop in and see what we’re up to. It’s a lot of work and we are usually pretty tired by the end of the day, but it’s good to see a project finished and standing tall near the temple.
