CHANGEMENT CAPACITY BUILDING PRIVATE LIMITED

We are situated at TC 15 1548, Gopalamandiram on MP Appan Road. This is in the Vazhuthacaud area of Trivandrum, which is always busy. We are quite close to Heera Construction, so that is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. The office is in an old building with high ceilings. We do capacity building work here, which involves a lot of meetings and training sessions. There are always stacks of papers and books everywhere. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. The traffic on MP Appan Road can be quite loud in the afternoons. We have some old wooden chairs for visitors. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a sign that lights up at night. We just have our name on the door. People come here to learn things or to get help with their projects. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and talking through ideas. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We have been in Vazhuthacaud for a while and we like being near the center of the city. It makes it easy for people to reach us. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon. We just talk like regular people and try to get the work done. It is a bit of a hectic place but it works for us. We just keep going every day.
