Chanakya Nirman Private Limited is located right in the heart of Vazhuthacaud. We are on Eswaravilasam Road, at TC 11/404, EVRA 497, which is very close to Carmel School. It’s a busy part of Thiruvananthapuram, but we like the energy here. We’ve been working out of this office for a while now, handling various building and construction tasks. Our team isn't very large, but we are all local folks who know the city well. We spend a lot of time coordinating with workers and checking on different sites around Trivandrum. It’s not a fancy setup. The office is just a practical place where we keep our files and meet with people to discuss their projects. We don't use a lot of corporate buzzwords. We just talk about bricks, mortar, and timelines. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or a late delivery, but we always try to keep the client in the loop. Being near Carmel School means it gets a bit crowded during school hours, but it’s a good landmark for people trying to find us. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to do good work and earn a living here in Kerala. Most of our days are just steady work and making sure the projects are moving along as they should. It is just us here, working through the daily tasks and managing the next build.
