Buildphase Solutions is located right at the Law College Junction, near PMG in Thiruvananthapuram. It’s a lively part of town, so there is always something going on outside the windows. We’ve got our office in T.C.12/1233 in Vanchiyoor. Being near the college and the government offices means there’s a lot of energy around us. We are mostly focused on building solutions, which basically means we spend our time trying to figure out how to get projects finished without too many headaches. It’s a small group of us here. We don't have a lot of time for fancy speeches or marketing stuff. Most of our day is taken up with checking site reports and talking to engineers. If you’ve ever tried to build something in Trivandrum, you know there are always hoops to jump through. We handle that side of things so the work actually gets done. The office can get a bit cluttered with samples and folders, but we know where everything is. We take things as they come. Some weeks are quiet and some are absolutely chaotic with three things going wrong at once. That’s just the nature of the construction business in a city like this. We like being in the middle of it all. It’s a straightforward operation, and we just try to be honest about what can be done and how long it’ll take.
