We are a group of engineers and contractors who have spent most of our careers on various building sites. We took up this space in S M Plaza to have a central spot to coordinate our projects. It is a typical office, usually filled with blueprints and some dust from whatever site we just came back from. We don't really do the whole corporate polished look. Most of the time we are in our working clothes because there is always something to check on a site. Being in the heart of the city helps us get to our projects in different parts of Thiruvananthapuram quickly. We handle the engineering side and the actual contracting work too. It’s a lot to balance, but we have a rhythm down now. We’ve been through many monsoon seasons here, so we know how to plan around the weather.
