You can find Avantika Mansions Llp at a house called Sowparnika. We are located at TC 47/1473 near the SM Lock area in Poonthura. It is a quiet neighborhood and we like it that way. We aren't a big corporation with a glass building. We work from here because it is comfortable and close to the projects we handle. Most of our days are spent dealing with local housing and making sure things are moving forward. It’s just a small group of us. We talk to the workers, check the materials, and handle the paperwork ourselves. Sometimes things go wrong or deliveries are late, but that is just how the building business is. We don't try to hide that. We prefer being honest with people about how long things take. People around Poonthura know us by name. We have been working around here for a good while now. Our office at Sowparnika is usually filled with blueprints and coffee cups. We don't have a receptionist or a big sign outside. If the door is open, someone is probably inside working on a quote or a drawing. We just want to do decent work and keep our heads down. It’s a local life and we are happy to be part of this community near the lock. It’s not fancy but it’s our way of doing things.
