Our business, Triplet Software Solutions Llp, is located at No 79 on South Mada Street in Maduravoyal, which is part of the Ambattur area. South Mada Street is usually full of life. There are shops and people moving around all day long. Our office is right in the middle of that energy. We are an LLP, so it’s a small partnership. We don’t have a human resources department or a PR team. If there is a problem, we just talk it out over our desks. The building is older, so it has some character, like the creaky door and the way the windows rattle when a heavy truck goes by. Ambattur is known for its industrial side, but our street has a more local, neighborhood vibe. We spend our days mostly staring at code and documents. Sometimes we lose track of time and realize it’s already dark outside. The streetlights on South Mada Street come on, and the evening crowd starts to thin out. We keep things very basic. There aren't any motivational posters on the walls or glass partitions between us. We just have our workstations set up in a way that makes sense. It’s a bit messy sometimes with papers and cables everywhere, but it’s our space. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the neighborhood and wouldn't really want to be in a sterile office park anyway.
