We are based in Villivakkam, specifically at Flat No 221 in the Npl Anjali Apartments. The address is 264, though some people still call it New No 74, on Mth Road. It’s an apartment building, so it doesn't feel like your typical office space. Techface It Services Llp operates out of this flat, which means we have a kitchen and a balcony instead of a corporate breakroom. It’s actually quite nice because we can open the windows and get some air, though Mth Road can be pretty noisy with all the trucks and buses passing by all day. We have desks set up where the living room would be. It’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent on computers, dealing with software and emails. We don't have any fancy signage outside, just the apartment number. The security guards at the gate know us by now. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We don't spend money on expensive decor or a front desk. We just focus on the IT tasks we have. Sometimes we take a break on the balcony to watch the traffic or grab a snack from the nearby shops. It’s a very grounded way to work, and it keeps us focused on what actually matters. There is no corporate ladder here, just people doing a job in a normal apartment.
