Nikjay Software Private Limited

Our office for Nikjay Software Private Limited is located at Plot Number 32 in Sri Pankajapuram, Adhanur. It is a pretty quiet area overall. When we first moved in, we had to figure out where the best place for the desks would be to catch the light. It’s a Private Limited setup, which sounds formal, but in reality, it’s just a handful of us working in a space that used to be much emptier. Adhanur is growing, but it still has that relaxed feel where you know your neighbors. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to answer phones with a script. Usually, if the phone rings, one of us just picks it up while finishing some task. The walls are a bit plain, maybe we should have painted them a different color, but it doesn't really matter for the work we do. There are some trees nearby that provide a bit of shade in the morning. We spend a lot of time on the computers, so sometimes we just take a walk around the block to clear our heads. It’s a basic building without any high-tech security gates or anything. People just come in and get to work. We like being in Sri Pankajapuram because it’s away from the loudest parts of the city. It feels like a real place where people actually live and work without pretending to be something they aren't.
