Mellifera Technologies Llp is located in Paruthipattu. We are specifically at E4 218 in Mahindra Happinest, over in the VGN Royal extension. Being in a residential development like Mahindra Happinest gives our work life a different vibe. It’s not like being in a cold, grey office block. We have our space here and we’ve set it up to be functional for what we do. Most of the time, we are hunched over laptops working through tech problems. It’s a small group of us. We don't have a big HR department or a floor full of managers. We just talk to each other across the room when something needs to be sorted out. The 218 unit is where all the thinking and doing happens. Paruthipattu is a growing area, and it’s nice to be part of that. We don't go in for big speeches about where we are going as a company. We just take it one day at a time and try to finish our work by the end of the day. Sometimes we grab a tea nearby and talk about things other than technology, but usually, the conversation drifts back to whatever project we are stuck on. It’s a simple setup. We like the location because it’s easy enough for us to get to and it’s not too noisy. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent business without all the corporate drama. We’ve got some plants in the corner that we forget to water sometimes.
