Leadztech Innovations Llp is located at No.8, R.K.R. Nagarkolathur. We’ve been here for a while now and it’s a decent spot for us. Kolathur is a busy area, but our street is a little more tucked away. The building we are in is just a standard place, nothing that would stand out if you were driving past. We are just a small team of people who decided to start something together. We don’t have a lot of rules or a dress code; we just show up and do what needs to be done. The work can be tiring some days, but we manage. R.K.R. Nagar is a friendly enough neighborhood, and we know a few of the people in the nearby shops. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. We just focus on the tasks we have in front of us. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just how it goes sometimes. We have a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of old notebooks lying around. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we get things finished on time. We like being in a place that feels real and not like some corporate box. There is no mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, work hard, and head home to our families at the end of the day. It is a simple life and a simple business.
