Indira College Of Nursing

Our nursing college is tucked away in the Vgp Projects area, near Jaya Engineering College in Thirunindravur, Chennai. It is a place where we teach the next generation of nurses, and we take that work seriously even if we don't act like a big corporation. The address is B3, F5, and it’s a busy little corner of the town. We have students coming from all parts of Tamil Nadu to stay in the hostels and attend classes. The days are long here. We start early with practical sessions and then move into the theory lessons. You’ll see students in their clean uniforms walking between the different blocks. The weather in Chennai is usually hot, so we all move a bit slower in the afternoons, but the work never stops. We have labs with beds and equipment where the students practice their skills. It isn't always perfect; sometimes a piece of equipment breaks or the schedule gets messed up because of a local holiday. We just handle it as it comes. The staff stays busy with clinical postings and making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. It is a practical environment where the focus is on doing the job right. We don’t use flashy advertisements. Most people find out about us through word of mouth in the local community. It’s a tight-knit place where we all know each other’s names and try to help out whenever we can.
