Our place is tucked away at Kollamnirappel House in Chethicode, which is near Kanjiramattom. Most people know Venu K R around these parts, and that’s where we set up Zamway Solutions Private Limited. It’s a quiet area of Ernakulam, away from the main city rush, which actually makes it easier to focus on work. We don’t have a massive sign or anything. It's just a regular building where we handle our daily business. We started this because we needed a way to put our skills to use. Some days are slow, and other days we are running around trying to catch up with everything. We drink a lot of coffee and talk about the weather while we work. It’s a small operation, really. We don't have fancy titles or big meetings that last for hours. We just talk across the room when something needs fixing. Being based in Kanjiramattom feels right because it’s home for us. We know the neighbors and the local shops. When things get complicated, we just take a break and come back to it with fresh eyes. It isn’t always easy, but it’s what we do. We like the fact that we can work from a place that feels familiar and comfortable. It’s just a group of us trying to keep the lights on and the work moving forward without making too much of a fuss for anyone.
