Our place is located at 15-1-1 on Dasindar Street. It’s a busy little area and we’ve been part of it for some time now. Rich Phytocare Private Limited is the name written on our official papers, but most people in the neighborhood just know us as the guys on the corner. We don't spend a lot of time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. As long as the work gets done, we are happy enough. The building is older, but it serves its purpose. We deal with what we have to every single day. There’s a lot of paperwork and boxes moving in and out of the front door. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is kept. You won't find any shiny brochures or posters here. We just talk to people face to face when they come by. If someone calls the shop, they get one of us on the line, not a machine. We started small and stayed that way even after we officially registered the name. Dasindar Street has its own rhythm and we just fit into it. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult with the narrow entrance, but we manage. We aren't looking to change much. We like the way things are right now. It's just a job and a place to do it. We keep things moving and try not to overcomplicate the day. It is what it is.
