Our place is at 130 Kaliamman Koil Street in Lakshmipuram. It is a busy area with a lot of shops and people moving about. Katlax Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. sounds like a big corporate name but we are just a group of people working in this building every day. We deal with various electrical parts and sensors that go into machines. Most of the time the phone is ringing with someone asking for a specific part number that we have to go find in the back. It is a bit dark inside because we have so many shelves blocking the windows but we know where everything is kept. The street outside is always noisy with scooters and people shouting to each other but we get used to it after a while. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anyone wearing a tie. We just wear what is comfortable and get the orders ready for the people who come to pick them up. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the front door so we keep some buckets handy just in case. It is a regular business where we just try to keep up with the demand without getting too stressed about it. We have been here for years and the local shopkeepers are all our friends. It is just how life is on Kaliamman Koil Street. We work hard and then we go home like everyone else.
