Fine Tech

Our place, Fine Tech, is at 458, Pc Patti in Allinagaram. It’s a pretty simple building in a part of town that has a lot of small shops and houses mixed together. We have been working here for a long time. The street outside is narrow, so bikes are much better than cars for getting here. We do technical work, mostly fixing things and helping people with their electronics. The shop floor is usually covered in some dust and bits of wire because we are always taking things apart. We have a small workbench in the back where most of the actual work happens. The front part is just for people to come in and tell us what’s wrong. It’s not a polished store with bright lights. It’s more of a workshop feel. We know most of the people on our street by name. Sometimes we close early if there isn't much to do, or stay very late if something is broken and needs fixing right away. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just like fixing things and being our own bosses. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for the sound of tools and the occasional radio playing. We just take things one day at a time here in Allinagaram. If you need us, we are usually there from mid-morning onwards and we just get on with the task.
