Our office is at 621, Kondraikadu Main Road, right here in Peravoorani. It’s a local agency, and we’ve been part of this community for a long time. People around here know the address well because we are right on the main stretch. The building is just a simple one-story place where we handle all our service work. It’s nothing fancy, just a couple of rooms with some old fans that squeak a bit when they’re on high. We spend our days talking to people who come in with various requests or paperwork. It’s a lot of sitting at the desk and making phone calls, but we also have to head out to different sites sometimes. The road outside can get pretty dusty during the dry season, so we’re always dusting off the furniture. Peravoorani is a quiet town compared to the big cities, and we like the pace here. We know most of the families who live nearby. If someone needs help with an agency matter, they just walk through the door and ask. We don’t have a big waiting room or a receptionist. Usually, whoever isn’t on the phone is the one who says hello. It’s a practical way to run things. We just try to get through the daily list of chores and make sure the shop stays open for whoever needs us. It's a living, and it keeps us busy most days.
