Muthu & Company is located at number 23 on Manojipatti Road in Ramanathapuram. It’s a fairly quiet street compared to the main highways, which we appreciate. We’ve been set up here for a good while. The building is just a standard place where we keep our files and do our daily tasks. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. It’s just us, the staff, making sure everything runs the way it should. Most of our day is spent talking to people who come in from the neighborhood. We know the families around here and the other shop owners on Manojipatti Road. It’s a tight-knit community and we feel like we belong. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some old desks and a few chairs for visitors to sit in. We don't see the point in spending money on expensive decor when the work is what matters most. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit muddy, but that’s just part of living in this part of town. We try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy enough. We don't have a corporate handbook or anything like that. We just use common sense and treat people fairly.
