Lalitha Cement Works

You will find Lalitha Cement Works over at 2777 Old Krishna Theatre Road. We are situated near the North Gate in Thanjavur, right by Kodi Marathu Moolai. It is an old part of town with a lot of character. We have been doing cement work here for a long time. Our setup is pretty basic, just a place where we mix concrete and cast different items. The space is a bit tight sometimes because of where we are located, but we make it work. We deal with a lot of local builders and families who are fixing up their houses or building new walls. It is a noisy job, and the dust is constant, but we are used to it by now. We do not have a big corporate structure. It is mostly just us and the machines. People come by and chat while they look at what we have in stock. We know the neighbors and the other shops on the road well. Thanjavur is a busy place, and being near the North Gate means there is always someone passing by on their way to the market. We just stay focused on our piles of sand and bags of cement. There is no mystery to what we do; we just put in the hours and make sure the items we produce are solid and heavy. It is a local business run by local people who have been around this road for years. We just keep going every day.
