Fertillmed Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is based out of No 1/28 on the Main Road in Moolangudi. This is in the Manjakkudi area of the Kodavasal taluk. It’s a much more rural setting than the big cities, which gives the place a different feel. Our office is right there on the main road, so it’s easy for the trucks to pull up when they need to drop off items. We handle various pharmaceutical products from this location. The building is simple and doesn't have any fancy glass or steel panels. It’s just a sturdy place where we can keep the stock safe and do our administrative work. Most of the staff live nearby, so we know each other pretty well. The pace is a bit different here than in Chennai or Trichy. We spend our time checking the medicine batches and making sure the paperwork is in order. Sometimes the rain in the Kodavasal area can be quite heavy, which makes the main road a bit messy, but we keep the office going regardless. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of sales people. We just focus on the pharmaceutical supplies and making sure they get to where they are needed. It’s honest work in a small town. We’ve got our desks and a few storage shelves, and that’s about it. It’s a quiet life for the most part, just making sure the business side of the pharmacy stays on track every single day.
